Yes, I would recommend. I've wanted a pool for at least a few years. I grew up with a store nearby. My pool is Geometric with a spa and tanning ledge and a spa we can use all year round! Tim Mincy has done a fantastic job keeping in touch throughout the project. We have some punch list items to figure out still, but overall the experience has met expectations.
The service from sales to construction was very customer-focused, very collaborative and supportive.I thought about getting a swimming pool for about 6 months. I heard about Althony & Sylvan from a neighbor and chose them based on price and presentation. They were better than others. My pool is a freeform gunite with a spillover spa. Staff was great start to finish. The process takes much longer than it used to so you must be patient. The majority of time is waiting on subcontractors. I've wanted a pool for around 30 years. We spent 28 years in the military, once we settled down in one location we started planning! My brother used Anthony & Sylvan. I have a Free form with spa. Advocating for me during permitting, open and transparent communication during the construction phase, and issues that arised (because inevitably they will) being addressed timely and to my satisfaction. Although we have had a few hiccups along the way, the company is making it right. The pool is gorgeous. I love working with Tim. The designer, Lee, did an amazing job.6 months internet search. Anthony & Sylvan Pools was wonderful to work with. We came to them after trying to work with other contractors who overpromised and underdelivered. They were responsive to our needs, communicative during all parts of the process. We could not have asked for a better pool designer and builder.I've wanted a pool for several years. They built my pool ten years ago. I was unhappy with the company who was doing the closing prior. I think that Anthony & Sylvan did a very thorough job! It seemed that they were professional and it wasn't their first time. They knew what they were doing and did it right.
We had been thinking about a swimming pool for two or three years before we decided to go with Anthony & Sylvan Pools.
