I thought about it for about a year. A friend referred me. The pool is geometric and has a spa. It's concrete and fully automated and heated. I really like the way it looks and the fact that it turned out exactly as the mock-up. I'm glad I spent the money on the automation. The piece of mind of the quality and the guarantee are most important. We had a pool in Florida and moved in 2018. I had periodically wanted to get a pool but we did not sign on until March 2020 when we figured we would be at home a lot. I had seen them on a web search and my builder recommended the pool company. It is freeform with a spa. There is a large sun shelf for the kids and a large spillover from the spa to the pool. The building process was very well supervised. I had been thinking about a pool about a year before I contacted them. I heard about them through web search. I chose them because they are a large company and they stand behind their product. It has a tanning ledge. It is mostly used for swimming laps. I like the appearance of the pool. Anthony & Sylvan just finished our pool and it's beautiful! It didn't take us long to know this was the company to build our pool. Brandon (sales rep) came out to the house, walked through the backyard with us, took some measurements, and had a rough design to us right then and there. We are thrilled with our pool and the experience we had with Brandon, Sam, Emma, and the team of people at Anthony and Sylvan in Raleigh. They've made our dream come true and were fantastic to work with at every stage. Building a pool is complicated and involves a lot of decisions and steps. warranty work. work went very well. We had some normal settling of the decking around the pool and contacted our project manager from Anthony & Sylvan. Without hesitation they contacted us immediately and coordinated the efforts to have someone back at the house to repair the decking. Very pleased with the quick response and work completed.
