Over all communication within the company was poor. Appointments were made with us and twice the workers showed up several days later and only after we called. The pool had to have touch up painted as the tape was left on for a week before it was removed. The workers were very courteous and worked hard while here. The overall problem was with the scheduling staff.
Anthony and Sylvan did an excellent job! We absolutely love our new beautiful pool!
These folks were top notch. Bob and Skye held my hand all the way. They were on time and the pool got done in record time. Oh, by the way, it's beautiful!

What was most impressive, was that the initial contact person, Aaron Dumas, our designer, stayed involoved with the project until it was completely finished. He always replied promptly to phone calls emails and texts. If he did not have an answer, he would find out and get back with us. He always wanted to make sure that any question or concern was answered.
Great designer and great communication throughout process
The information on their website is a bit misleading if you are considering a fiberglass pool. A & S does not install this type of poll in the greater Austin area. On the upside, their concrete pools can be custom designed. I found their sales person extremely informative and easy to work with.
Communication was excellent. Various subcontractor crews courteous, professional, efficient and right on time!
