The final product is very good. You have to stay on top of them to keep the project moving, The project manager was not a manager. Workers were somewhat sloppy leaving food and cans around the area.
The sales Department (salesman) was very knowledgeable and followed thru on all steps of the construction. This is the 2nd pool installed by both the sales rep Mike Duffy and Anthony & Sylvan pools that I have owned.
Other than rain delays the experince was great.

They were very professional and were able to fix the problem with my pool. It took them two days and I was delighted with the results.

It is still going. The salesman was great but the project manager needs to communicate more with me. Sept 09--Pool is done. The service is great for problems. The pool and spa are working.
Most proffesional Company I ever worked with. On time very attentive did everything they saidthey would do.
They showed up and looked at the easements and referred me to try someone to do and ingrond spa.
