Best decision ever! We were a little nervous about refinancing and Tony was very helpful throughout the whole process. Our credit was less than perfect and we were carrying a lot of credit card debt, but there was never any judgment. We were able to get a lower interest rate on our new mortgage, with enough cash back to pay off all of our other debt and create an emergency fund. It’s such a relief to eliminate thousands of dollars a month in credit card debt and to finally be able to stop living paycheck to paycheck!
It was a slight bumpy start; however, Tony came through for me. Thank you. I particularly liked the online experience using their app. It made sending and receiving documents easy.

5 Star Review Anthony Valentini was excellent from start to finish. He said if we gave him all the info the underwriters needed, he could close the loan within 30 to 45 days. We faxed over everything he requested, and he kept us in the loop as to what step we had progressed to. After the underwriters signed off on everything, he quickly set up a closing date and we were done.(all within 30 days). It was a great experience! The entire process was so easy. I almost thought it was way too good to be true. Tony was AWESOME and I would certainly work with him again! Within about 3 weeks of the appraisal, I was closed on my refinance. We didn’t have really any bumps so it was all pretty smooth!
