Perseverance and great communications! I recently completed a refinance with Tony's help. The process spanned more than a year, but through no fault of Tony's. We encountered several hurdles throughout, including my layoff due to a COVID reduction in force. Tony was consistently proactive and engaged, ensuring I understood the process and the action items being pursued to continue the forward progress. Excellent Experience Tony was excellent to work with and made the entire process smooth and easy. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive - the three most important qualities for a loan officer. Outstanding Im a surface miner with long hours, Tony Valentini was very understanding and very willing to help in every way he could, he answered every question and took personal care of me through the entire process. The whole experience was easy and satisfying, plus he fought for me to get me the best deal he possibly could. They never quit!!!!! Cant say enough about Anthony V. at Top Flight financial. I have been working on a Re-Fi for about 4 months now, and finally it went through! Did a cash-out refi to pay off a bunch of debt, ran into quite a few difficulties due to a forbearance, and low credit score. Had several loans shot down, but in the end they never gave up and kept working at it and finally got it through. Excellent customer service and results Tony was extremely helpful and personable throughout the entire refinance process.
