I an EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISTRAUGHT over my experience at Antigua. Yesterday, I took my dog in to treat an ear infection. It was my first visit. While the staff was holding my dog to do an ear exam, my dog screamed in pain. Immediately after, she was unable to walk, and Dr. Searcy informed me that she has a dislocated hip. To make matters worse, he began to get defensive, said it did not happen on his exam table and insisted it had to have occurred from a previous hip injury/dislocation. Aweful didn't care about my dog and didn't even give us attention while we were there. Suggested awful things with no regards to us or the dog hated the place
If I could give this vet a negative score I would...This was by far the worst vet experience I have ever had. No one helped me when I walked in, the 2 girls that might have been techs were cold and rude, the doctor did not leave me feeling as though he was confident in his decisions. No one had people skills, no one seemed happy to work there, no one made it feel like a pleasant experience at all. I have never left a doctor's office so uncomfortable and upset in my life. I will NEVER go here again!
