They figured out the issue and didn't charge for fixing it (problem connecting for emission test). They did a complete vehicle check and emailed a list of items for consideration.
The service team was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Although they found that my car needed more service than what I brought it in for, they did not pressure me to do the work that was not necessary. They kept me informed throughout the process. They did only what was pressing. And gave me approximate timeline for when the other services would likely become more pressing. The shop advised my steering switch was under recall (which I was not aware of). They exchanged the switch the same day.
I visited for my regular maintenance visit for my 2010 Nissan Altima which has over 100,000 miles. The service was very quick and at a good price using a coupon that I found on the Antwerpen website. Brandon was very knowledgeable, polite, and responsive to my questions,
The sales Mr. Bushee and finance person Ms. Warren were very knowledgeable and courteous. They told me all kinds of information about the car, the financing and the whole process in general.
