This was my first service experience at Antwerpen Nissan. I have been to Antwerpen Toyota Service few times. I found them to be courteous and the service was performed very quickly. I will request them to put a reminder of next service due date like all other dealership, it will help customer remembering when to bring the vehicle back for next service.
I got oil change, wiper blades, and air filter replaced.. It probably took less than an hour. I worked with service manager, who is well informed, pragmatic gentleman and and very good counselor too..
We visited this dealership on Feb.11,2017, with awesome employees with their smiling faces. Mr. Dion Smith was so helpful and did not promised anything that he can not do. He did all his power to get me a new car. And also with out Mr. Scott of financing, things went well. Nissan Rogue 2016 with a great deal... i give a 10 overall with my experience with this wonderful guys... Thanks again to Dion Smith and Scott of financing...
Antwerpen Nissan sold me a 2017 Versa for a great price. Greg was very helpful to my wife and me, as were every other employee I interfaces with there.
A no brainer service call to add a couple of accessories. Will look forward to visiting again when the rest of order comes in plus a clean area!
