This is the second or third time that I have had to wait more than 30 minutes. It would be helpful if you could send a text if there is a long wait time. Then I could just show up that much later, or cancel if I know it will make me late for another appt., without sitting there stressing. I only live 2 minutes away, so that would work well for me.
I'm pleased in every way.
I have mentioned this before but I am concerned about the radiation from dental X-rays given that they are done so frequently. When I think about how much radiation I have been exposed to over my almost 60 years of life and the fact I don't remember ever having a problem that was revealed by the X-rays, couldn't we go to every 2 or even better 3 years for X-rays unless there is a problem? Thanks.
Everyone was wonderful! Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable on my first visit. After seeing Dr. Evans for the main point of my appointment, I immediately scheduled a cleaning for the next week because of how satisfied I was with the visit. Thank you!
Staff friendly and professional. I always get the feeling of a close knit group, which translates to the patient. Makes me feel welcome and relaxed...unless there is a needle involved. Dr. Evans is great, my daughter agrees.
Question 3. To my understanding my only financial options were that the full amount must be paid at the time of service. If that is the only option then yes, it was explained to me. I was very grateful to be seen on such short notice. I was in and out within an hour. I was even more impressed when I received a call from Dr. Evans himself that evening to check on my progress. I was blown away. Thank you and your team for making my experience great even though I was in a great deal of pain!

We had a great experience with everyone that we encountered during our visit. The office staff, dental hygienist, & Dr. Evans were all very courteous & professional with my son and in conversations with me.I would highly recommend this practice to others and am glad to have found a new dentist in Tallahassee.
