As a new patient I received x-rays and a cleaning. Both services were provided by Joanne and she did a great job. I have two minor issues with the visit. First, although this has not happened to me, I do not like the policy of charging $75 for a missed appointment. Life happens and sometimes we are not afforded 24 hours to cancel. Kids get sick, a car accident, family emergency...whatever. I think a better policy would be more than one missed appointment in 2 years results in a $75 charge.
