Lady at the front desk was not so friendly. I think her name was Susie. She was rude and unpleasant. Other than her, I had a great expirence at the office.

I referred someone to the office, who felt that he left without a clear understanding of his options. When I attempted to act as a liason between the potential patient and the dentist office assistant, the office assistant who assisted him did a poor job of listening to my concerns and overtalked me until I grew tired of attempting to gain an understanding on how I could receive info for the potential patient while also adhering to the HIPPA laws in place (i.e. call with patient on three way). Dentist was willing to pull 4 teeth while my mouth was infected. Not safe this can cause sepsis.
