We recently had the roof on my mom's condo replaced by APC. The other five units were also replaced and all look great! John ****** was very helpful in explaining to all of the owners the process and welcomed any questions they had. I would definitely recommend APC and John to anyone looking for a new roof.
Roof was done as scheduled. Workers were fast and efficient. The crew did a very good clean up job. John Scotti did a great job representing the company. He worked with me in order to get the job, which I appreciated.He was always sending me pictures and updated information. He came out to the job site multiple times and relayed any issues I was worried about to the crew supervisor. He made sure all of my concerns were addressed and alleviated. This company deserves every 5 star rating it gets. John ****** went way beyond what I would've expected an agent to do. He was so friendly, absolutely understandable, did all he said they would. Got the price down to where it was acceptable. We did have roof damage that moved our roof up about $900. Still was an acceptable amount. I highly recommend this roofing company if you are looking for work done right the first time and at a fair price. Everyone who I have interacted with at APC has been extremely professional and they really do care about the quality of their work.
Had some minor repairs needed to our metal roof which Ryan was able to address very quickly. I find him very pleasant and responsive. He recently completed an entire new roof for my neighbor's house. I know they were very happy with both the job and the price.
