What a great company to work with! Every single person I had any contact with at all was just awesome...especially Lance. I just can't say enough about Lance. He's an outstand individual. We live in The Villages and were very happy to employ APC roofing. Chris was so helpful and took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. The schedule was established and adhered too. The work crew was polite, courteous and had a great work ethic. Today's building code was followed. I wanted to thank Chris and his crew at APC roofing for doing a wonderful job on my roof. They arranged for the permits to be pulled to having the HOA review permit to the final inspection. Every thing went smoothly. They were timely and professional and my roof was done in one day. At the end of that day you could not even tell that a new roof had been put on my home that's how clean they left my home. I would recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the great work.

We are glad we had APC replace our roof. They were helpful and professional throughout the whole process, from inspecting to planning to installation. They turned a project that we feared would be a headache into a smooth operation. Each and every person who came to our home was respectful of our property. Awesome company.....awesome job.....awesome people Troy was an amazing and helped throughout the dealings with the insurance company. This contract came into the office as a partial roof repair for $4,465 where we were to focus on the flat portion of the roofing surface and known rotten fascia boards. Every jurisdiction in Florida has their own unique standards on what needs a permit and what doesn’t need a permit when it comes to roof repair work. Some jurisdictions require a permit when the cost exceeds $5,000, $2,500 and some jurisdictions don’t require a permit for roof repairs. Long story short, a $7.950 Job end up being $18.997.93, just $11,047.93 over the initial price, they cut corners and changed what they told me with the flat roof, they did not clean up after the job, I will have to pay somebody else to come and fix the edge they left open, and now when rains, water get in the opening between roof and ceiling and get trapped inside and runs all over the carport.
