We had 11 windows and 2 sliders replaced with Apex. We had been thinking about window replacement when one of their sales people stopped by our house. We met with Joonmi and were impressed with the quality they could offer for the price. We ordered at the end of April and were originally quoted a wait of 12-16 weeks but it ended up being mid October before they were ready (this was the height of manufacturing and shipping delays). We used Apex for a whole house window replacement, including our sliding door. Here’s how I’d rate our experience, on a scale of 1-5: • Price = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were able to replace all the windows for considerably less than what Anderson and some of the other window companies quoted us. • Quality = ⭐️⭐️⭐️ For being vinyl windows, they seem to be well made (heavy) and have triple paned glass. So far so good with Apex. We are early in the process and don’t have the new windows yet. This review is about service: five stars, highly recommend. Kate knows her stuff about old homes, energy efficiency, aesthetics, the window market, and obviously the product she sells. We were skeptical at first, since our home has twice as many windows as the average American home.
