Just wanted to give Apex Energy solutions a shout out! I'm very impressed with the windows they installed in my house. During the estimate, I never felt pushed to buy, they gave me loads of information, and their quotes were lower than any other windows we looked at that were also triple pained. Our windows were made faster than the time frame given and were installed almost a month earlier than expected. Double cheers for that! I am extremely happy I chose to go with Apex. From start to finish the customer service was great, very friendly and I appreciated the texts/emails providing updates. The windows look amazing and I could instantly tell a difference in the noise reduction. I highly recommend Apex!
I don't normally talk with Sales people who knock on my door but I'm glad I did with Apex. After doing the research and talking with a number of window companies and a few drive byes of people with Apex window (plus talking with the home owners), their product was a good match for my home. Installation went well and I'm happy with the product. Nice people too.
We were very impressed with Apex Energy. The sales effort by Kate Gralton was very low pressure and informative. Then the communications by the Apex team from the Master Installer measurer, to window delivery to Master Installer team was great. In fact, the Master Installer team lead was sick the day they were scheduled to arrive. They informed us of the delay and showed up the next day with an additional person to get the job done on time (originally planned for two days but finished in one). I was a little hesitant when the sales gal for Apex knocked on our door but we were in need of windows so we took a chance and are glad we did! the process was so easy and we love our new windows! Because we live on a busy road they've been a great sound barrier and our house temperature doesn't fluctuate dramatically in the winter and summer like before. The pricing was very competitive as well! I highly recommend Apex!
This is the 5th home I’ve owned and each one I’ve purchased new or replacement windows. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. My windows look beautiful and the quality and value makes a very happy home owner. Every one at Apex I talked with were highly knowledgeable and I really genuinely liked them. The installers were excellent, very kind and professional. The exterior of my home also looks beautiful now after replacing those old 80’s windows and adding trim!

We have been pleased with our Apex windows. It was amazing that during our initial meeting the sample window matched our stained trim so well. Now that they are installed it still looks great and has excellent viewing clarity. We also have a very large open room with lots of windows. They have significantly reduced street noise and heat from the sun.
