The Apex team did a great job.  They arrived a day early to post the permits and kept me informed throughout the job.  They also found an issue in one spot with the pitch of my roof and made a quick adjustment to ensure the roof replacement met all Florida’s new hurricane codes.  Glad to have the new roof on and done right.

Apex has been great!  From the start for the Apex sales management Chandler and Derek giving us the quote, the ease of getting our claim submitted, our brand new roof looks beautiful!  The roof workers finished in one day including clean up then  inspector ; Antonio Argueta; from Apex came out the next day to verify everything is sealed and guaranteed.  Job # 515 Mr. and Mrs. Lewis

Outstanding crew…. On time and professional, job site was cleaned throughly, would highly recommend for any roofing needs.  Side note: deliver driver needs training rutted front yard somehow while materials were set in a total different area…. But roofing crew were Outstanding

Not impressed. Just getting to the roof installation was a pain. Lost paperwork, personnel changes, and lack of answers to telephone calls. The installation was not much better. They delivered the supplies to my driveway on Friday before Presidents Day weekend supposedly for a Monday installation. Only the dumpster arrived in my yard on Monday because all the supplies blocked the driveway. The works finally showed on Tuesday when I hadn't taken off work. Crew arrived at 5.30am and got to work immediately laying out tarps. They completed stripping the old shingles off in a couple of hours, cleaned the roof, and replaced damaged plywood sheets. They laid icy water shield very quickly and began reshigling the roof. It was all done very efficiently without confusion. Crew worked together quietly. Everyone seemed to know what had to be done and kept working until all was done. Clean up was done quickly as well. A very good crew.
