From Jamie to Antonio and the entire crew, work was done professionally and exactly as it was described. All administrative tasks were done hassle free to me! Great job Apex!
Crew arrived early and got right to work. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up after the install. Crew manager Antonio Argueta explained things well and answered all of our questions. Jamie from the customer success team kept us apprised of the paperwork process—contract, permit etc. and called during the installation to ensure everything was going well, met our expectation, and to ask if we had any questions or concerns. Good experience!
They did a good job. Quick and efficient. Jamie in the office and Antonio the onsite foreman did an excellent job as well.
Fantastic job
Jamie did a great job informing of us of what to expect and updates during the project, she also readjusted the schedule at our request which was very helpful. Antonio was great with a face to face and walk around before and after the project to make sure we were ready and satisfied with the end results. The crew arrived just after the break of dawn and worked tirelessly on completing the roof before days end. We are very satisfied with the completed job and will recommend Apex to others
Jamie was amazing. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and got work started quickly. The roofing crew showed up at 6:30am and were complete by 5. Only a few corrections needed to be made once done. The inspector was very thorough and informed me of all the corrections that needed to be completed before the job is done.

Roofers did a good job overall. Some minor damage to be fixed: Stucco damaged on a window ledge, roof debris dumped into fish pond when homeowner placed tarp removed by crew too early. One fish killed. No porta-potty supplied to the crew. Neighbors upset with crew urinating between the houses. Clean up adequate but still had some nails left. Can't realistically expect 100% clean up. Still awaiting gutter replacement. The roof does look great however.
The team did a great job on the house and shed. They were efficient and professional. Antonio Argueta was extremely helpful in keeping me informed and ensuring my satisfaction. He led a great team and I will certainly recommend Apex to anyone in need of roof replacement.
