Apex has been very professional throughout the entire process. It did seem like the process was slower than it had to be. Once we got all the insurance and third party inspections complete, it took some time to get on the schedule. I had to call several times to get on the schedule and get someone out to the house to choose the shingles. Once on the schedule, the crew was on time and professional. Overall experience was great, the only problem I had was the crew itself and that no one spoke English, witch in its self is not a real problem until they pull out for some reason ( in my case it was weather ) and no one tilling me if they would be back or not.
