Great job on your product, the roof. Your crew was very professional and from my point of view appeared to be very skilled and talented. I think they did a great job on the roof. They could use some schooling on how to treat the surrounding property at the house. They wanted to leave plywood laying on our grass and didn’t take perfect care of our shrubs. The crew arrived on Friday morning at 6:00 am and worked until 20:30 pm that night. It was over 108 degrees feel like temps. They showed up on Sat early and worked all day in the heat again. Didn’t finish so they ask if it was ok to work on Sunday to finish up. I gave them permission to work Sunday and they finished the job. Over interaction with Apex staff was great. Christina & Antonio were timely and professional. Any questions or concerns were noted and handled. Payment was fast, way, and accurate. It wasn’t until the actual work was began that issues arose. The subcontracted worker were messy and left trash strewn about the yard. A proper cleanup of the worksite was not accomplished day to day, nor at the completion of the job even though work was “complete” around noon the last day. It took over 4 months to get Apex to start the job, communication is not one of their strengths. The install went well and the roof looks good. Garbage and leftover material was left out front in plain view from the street which causes a problem with the homeowner association. The contract stated that the gutters will be removed and replaced and their was money allocated to do that but that was not done, the gutters were not removed and replaced and was later explained that it couldn't be done because the gutters would no... read more

Roof replacement went smoothly. Roofers worked hard and were professional. Apex inspection revealed 3 areas that needed to be corrected and work is scheduled to complete the job. After this is done we will be satisfied.

The roofers did a great job on installation of shingles, clean up was excellent and they were finished in 2 days.(Wow) Antonio inspected the roof and passed on contact info and warranty.

The shingle installation and cleanup was great. Took a little longer than expected but we had the install completed during the hottest days this planet has seen so I will cut them some slack. They have been responsive to concerns I had with the gutter reinstall and are getting that sorted out.
