After hurricane sally, our house had roof damage. Apex was quick to come out and give an estimate. The repair took a while due to problems with an insurance company check but the roof installation went quick and easy. It did take a bit longer to do the gutter guards but they said that was due to subcontractors and parts availability. Antonio from quality control showed up to make sure everything was done properly and as promised. Even when problems popped up along the way, Apex's customer service was great.
Apex was terrific, fast professional good communication and follow up. Antonio the project manager for the install was the best.
Great Job. I am satisfied with my roof. How ever office and logistical personnel in the office and field need to be retrained, they are lacking communication and people skills.
Apex roof work is beautiful. The workers are excellent and had great communication with us (the owners). Customer Service and Sales Team not so much. The communication is terrible; they don't return your calls. We had to change Sales Representative because of lack of communication. If you have patience and can see through this, you will end up with a beautiful roof.
Antonio and Brittany saved the day with this review. Difficulties with signing checks communcation and install until these two got involved. Then they made stuff happen.
Working with APEX for our roof replacement has been great. It took about 2.5 months from the time the company came out to do the initial roof assessment until our new roof was installed. APEX guided us through the process of filing a claim related to a hailstorm with our insurance company and handled the back and forth with our insurance company for about 8 months until they came to an agreement on the finalized amount.
