Apex roof work is beautiful. The workers are excellent and had great communication with us (the owners). Customer Service and Sales Team not so much. The communication is terrible; they don't return your calls. We had to change Sales Representative because of lack of communication. If you have patience and can see through this, you will end up with a beautiful roof.
Antonio and Brittany saved the day with this review. Difficulties with signing checks communcation and install until these two got involved. Then they made stuff happen.
Working with APEX for our roof replacement has been great. It took about 2.5 months from the time the company came out to do the initial roof assessment until our new roof was installed. APEX guided us through the process of filing a claim related to a hailstorm with our insurance company and handled the back and forth with our insurance company for about 8 months until they came to an agreement on the finalized amount. Apex did a great job installing our new roof. Rachael was great at communicating what to expect and then making sure everything was executed in a timely manner.

I was beyond impressed with the efficiency of the crew who installed the roof. The quality of the work was great and the roof was completed in one day. I even had neighbors comment on how efficient the crew was. Antonio did the final walk through with me, conducting a thorough inspection of the work performed to include going on the roof and through the attic to make sure all standards were adhered to during the roofing process.
