My experience with APEX was great. We had Jon Jon as one of the salesmen that came to our door to do an initial roof inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable; they explained the whole process of getting lawyers involved should our insurance not cover our roof. I spoke to reps named DJ and Pray on the phone; they were also great at answering all of my questions and directing me to the right person.
