To begin, our salesperson Max was amazing. He was extremely thorough and professional. The process itself took longer than anticipated due to our shingles not being in stock. We were disappointed because we were told that the shingles we chose were in stock initially. We ended up having to change them so we can get our roof done. Lastly, we waited an extremely long time for our roof to get inspected and we also had to have them come back because the drip edge was damaged. Apex Roofing and Restoration LLC replaced the roof on my home in The Villages, Florida, on April 1 and 2, 2021. The following is a true reflection on my experiences. Negatives: 1. Not one member of the actual roofing team spoke English. Though Apex works hard to establish and maintain lines of communication, this still presented some difficulties. 2. I am very please with the Apex Roofing and Restoration associates and the roof installers. They helped me through the wind and hail damage claim and had my roof replaced in a timely manner. The roof installers are very hard workers keeping order and clean up an important factor. Any unexpected issue was handled quickly and professionally. Apex Roofing and Restoration was amazing from start to finish. They handled the claim process through my insurance company and completed the job soon after my claim was approved. Apex answered all my questions and made sure I was in the loop throughout the entire process. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the crew to the office staff!
