Apex Roofing and Restoration LLC replaced the roof on my home in The Villages, Florida, on April 1 and 2, 2021. The following is a true reflection on my experiences. Negatives: 1. Not one member of the actual roofing team spoke English. Though Apex works hard to establish and maintain lines of communication, this still presented some difficulties. 2. I am very please with the Apex Roofing and Restoration associates and the roof installers. They helped me through the wind and hail damage claim and had my roof replaced in a timely manner. The roof installers are very hard workers keeping order and clean up an important factor. Any unexpected issue was handled quickly and professionally. Good communication was a key factor for the success of the job. I would highly recommend this company.
Apex Roofing and Restoration was amazing from start to finish. They handled the claim process through my insurance company and completed the job soon after my claim was approved. Apex answered all my questions and made sure I was in the loop throughout the entire process. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the crew to the office staff!
Apex Roofing recently completed my roof. The workers were fast, reliable, and even the county inspector told my wife, good job. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is the lack of communication. They are large, and every time I called for updates, it seemed to be a two or three day process. Unacceptable.
