GOT A CALL TODAY FROM JOE *******, AND THE ***********************. APEX ROOFING WERE ON TIME AND MET WITH THE ADJUSTER, WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN. I was very pleased with the job done on my roof. It was replaced in one day and clean up was great. Everyone involved were polite and professional.
To begin, our salesperson Max was amazing. He was extremely thorough and professional. The process itself took longer than anticipated due to our shingles not being in stock. We were disappointed because we were told that the shingles we chose were in stock initially. We ended up having to change them so we can get our roof done. Lastly, we waited an extremely long time for our roof to get inspected and we also had to have them come back because the drip edge was damaged. Apex Roofing and Restoration LLC replaced the roof on my home in The Villages, Florida, on April 1 and 2, 2021. The following is a true reflection on my experiences. Negatives: 1. Not one member of the actual roofing team spoke English. Though Apex works hard to establish and maintain lines of communication, this still presented some difficulties. 2.
