Highly recommended Apex. They were incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls. They went above and beyond during covid to ensure we felt safe and accommodated our needs by sending someone to the house with paperwork and a notary so we didn't have to leave the house. Fabulous company to work with.
I highly recommend Apex to anyone who's looking for remodeling on their roof. The job was complete in a timely manner and I couldn't be more satisfied with how my new roof looks now! Our consultant, Corey Pearce, did such a great job working with us and I would suggest definitely checking them out!
The office and field staff were all very knowledgeable about their products. We had a shingle roof installed and the sales representative that came to our home actually helped us pick out the color and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Materials arrived and work was accomplished a week ahead of the quoted time frame for install. Thank you Apex Roofing.
When things happen I'm a firm believer they happen for a reason. We happen to obtain an Apex card from a friend just for any future what ifs, then low and behold our ceiling starts leaking the following week. We gave APEX a call and Derek Contestato was out there the very next day! He helped us initiate our claim with the insurance and then just took care of everything from there. The whole process was smooth and stress free, almost unbelievable. Professional, Responsiveness, and Punctual. Thank you Apex Roofing!
This company is highly professional and dependable. They came to my house (at my request), they got up on the roof, circled all the problems with chalk, took pictures, showed me the findings, and gave advice on how to go about paying for this. I contracted through David S. He is highly professional and did awesome work. The job site manager (Chuck B.) was great, super dependable, and was responsive to concerns. Overall I 100% recommend this company.
*** ********, Cape Coral Apex Roofing did exactly as they said they would do. They inspected our roof, found damage and negotiated with our insurance Company, and got our approval. Supplies were delivered on Monday the 27th., Marcus and his crew arrived early on the 28th., started the job, finished on the 30th.. Very hard working group of men. They cleaned up the site every day before they knocked off for the night.
This company is quite good at communicating all activity that is part of the roofing process. I especially like the fact that Apex deals with our insurance company to explain all expenses involved: gutter replacement, removal and reinstall the solar panels for our pool, etc. When Zack, Apex Foreman, was made aware of an inspection delay, he came to the house, verified that we would not have any roof leaks, and did an additional clean up and organization of materials. A job well done!! Everyone at Apex was amazing, courteous, truthful, and timely. M. Hamilton was great, he was with every step of the way. Always keeping us informed. The roofing staff outdid themselves. The roof is beautiful and will be keeping us safe for years and years to come. The office staff, especially, B. Markham, were informed and super nice. I would recommend to anyone who needs a stress-free roof replacement and or restoration!!
