From the day they inspected my roof until the day the roof was installed, this company was amazing! They handled the entire insurance claim so I didn't have to. Their communication was right on and their work is very impressive. Would highly recommend this company!

My experience so far with this roofing company is excellent and I've been in Florida for 22 years and you have to be very careful on who you pick I got a winner. The gentleman that helped me from the beginning Frank O'Neill was so professional he went beyond just helping me he did all the work for me with the insurance company it was a breeze thank you so much

Apex did a fantastic job. Their customer service was fantastic. Always checking in with us and solving any problems that came up. Their work crews had pride in their work and had an amazing work ethic. Would gladly recommend them.
At this point, if I could leave a review with 0 stars I would! Once the contract is signed and the insurance deductible collected, communication and customer service become non-existent. My ********************** job began well. Materials were delivered as promised on Monday, demolition of the old roof took place as promised on Tuesday, moisture barrier and new shingles were installed on Thursday and Friday. Deceptive practices to fool customers into thinking they have repairs that need to be fixed on their roof. Apex pushes to run all roof replacements through the insurance but do not inform Homeowners that they will be responsible for the full amount if Insurance doesn't approve work. DON'T let them on your roof!! They are pushy and dishonest. Lots of complaints and not BBB accredited.
