Apex was wonderful to work with. Our claim was submitted in the height of the pandemic so it definitely took longer to get supplies as it did for everything else going on. But once they were able to get all source supplies the job was done promptly and very well. We had a small issue with our dryer vent after the roof was completed that they came out within a day or two to fix and everything was fine. Would definitely recommend this company they are professional and very easy to deal with.

I had my roof done by Apex in 2020. I noticed there was a few shingles in the back of the house that looked like weren't completed down. I called Gene and he said it was Quality dept. The next day I rec'd a call from Antonio. He was very nice and professional and the issue was taken care within a few days. Antonio came back same day to inspect the job that was done. I am very happy that we did our roof with Apex. Thank you, Antonio.

Roof was installed very professionally and looks great. They returned several times to check the work in progress and again for end result. At the end of the restoration the cleanup was well taken care of. We would and already have recommended to ours neighbors that need roof services. ****** *
Apex did a great job of repairing my roof. It only took them to.5 days to complete the job. I gave them a 4 star because I did have an issue that could have been avoided, but the did fix it quickly. All the guys we encountered were very nice especially Antonio. I would use Apex again
After hurricane sally, our house had roof damage. Apex was quick to come out and give an estimate. The repair took a while due to problems with an insurance company check but the roof installation went quick and easy. It did take a bit longer to do the gutter guards but they said that was due to subcontractors and parts availability. Antonio from quality control showed up to make sure everything was done properly and as promised. Even when problems popped up along the way, Apex's customer service was great.
Great customer service, good communication, very good work ethic & clean up afterward. Would recommend ! Antonio qc'd several times & was essential to the great job that was done.
Everything went well! Hard working crew, friendly, and courteous. Went over the yard with rakes to make sure they got very mail! We were pleased. From the first visit to the last inspection. All was done professionally. Antonio came for the final inspection and made sure all was conducted in a professional manner, which it was!
