Dr. Ayer did a minimally invasive Laminectomy to relieve my severe sciatica. He was very honest up front, answering that the odds of success were 70%. The entire experience was first class. Dr. Ayer is as great a communicator as he is a neurosurgeon. I could not be more pleased with the results and relief from the sciatica that has plagued me for years. My wife and I have both already recommended Dr. Ayer to our friends. He is a superstar in my opinion.

I was in severe pain with my lower back. I was not able to walk, sit, or even lay in bed. I had to have a laminectomy procedure done. Dr. Ayer was very attentive to my needs and did a fantastic job.
