They are very caring about your pets. They take the time to explain what is going on, about the medications they are giving your pets and how to administer them. We have been using them for over ten years and the girls like Denise and Rhonda are special. Overall, would not use any therapy service.

Staff are personable courteous and know exactly how to help you, they can also answer questions over the phone, and can book your appointment quickly. The Vets are courteous and caring and treat you and your pet with the upmost respect. They treat your animal as if it were their own oh, they are very loving with the animals. The groomer is an expert and can groom any kind of dogs or cats. She knows exactly what to do with them to get them to behave. He is kind loving and fast and it is well worth the price. I cannot say enough pleasant things about my visit. The staff had a great system and ran it like a well oiled machine (from calling upon my arrival to checking out was seamless). This visit, we saw Dr LaMaster and I have to say he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and so kind. He took the time to explain things and took time out to make sure my dog Moose was comfortable during her visit.
