This is such a really nice place. The clothes are so nice, good quality and unique. However, every time I came in here, they never have the size I need (large) not sure if they don't carry size large but they never seem to have that size when I asked. Customer service needs to improve.
FAIR WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE WACO LOCATION BOUTIQUE WITHOUT TRYING IT ON FIRST, before you leave the establishment, if you do not purchase the proper clothing(size) on your first visit, then you’re stuck with clothing and you just made a nice donation! I actually work at an apricot lane and I had heard several good things about the Waco location! I came in with my boyfriend on Saturday and whoever was working was really kind and made sure to ask if I needed anything. Their price point was so doable and they had some great quality pieces! I’ll definitely be ordering from their online shop from time to time. 😊
Never shopping there again. They resell Shein clothes for 7x more expensive. They even use the same Shein pictures.
I’ve shopped here multiple times and have never had the experience I had today. Usually the staff is pretty friendly and offer assistance when you enter. However, today I was not greeted and not one word was spoken to me. I’ve heard how some of their staff will judge you by your skin color, but had not had that experience until today. I won’t be returning because of this.
