I want to first start off by saying that I love the way the fabric fits and compliments, my body as a thicker woman. I enjoy the atmosphere the vibe and how I’m treated as a customer. Walked in and was just looking and the blonde older lady was so rude. Wanted to get a few things but just walked out because her attitude was absolutely ridiculous.
I really wish I could leave no stars. I stopped by today, As I walked in I was not greeted at all when I came in. The staff member continued to have a personal conversation with someone in the store. She could’ve acknowledged us when we came in with a simple “Welcome In”. How do you work in retail with NO customer service skills. I didn’t even want to look around after that. Customer service is key in any business.
I never write reviews, but I ran home today just to make sure I wrote one about this store, I'd give it zero stars if I could. Came in tonight expecting a fun shopping experience, and instead got hit with the owner (the lady with blonder hair (guessing she has to be owner how she was conversing). She was pushing political conversations that had no place in a boutique or shop what so ever!. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. This is such a cute boutique! They have fun clothes of varying types, from denim overalls to full length gowns! I stopped in today with my daughter and some friends. The women were so sweet and encouraging, offering compliments and recommendations to the girls! I met the owner and loved how sweet she was, I'll be back soon!
