I’d walked by this store several times but never really had the time to stop in, although I’d wanted to. I finally had the time and was so glad I did! Kiersten was the manager and just so incredibly helpful. I got a couple things and can’t wait to go back. The first day I wore my new shirt, I got 3 random compliments on it! Horrible Experience! I was not aware that the location had a no return policy so when I got to the register and was informed, I wanted a second to think about it because it was a very expensive dress, I am a student, and I wanted to make sure my sister and mom liked it since it was for a important family event. I told the cashier sorry one second then let me call my mom and make sure and she rolled her eyes and said okay. Kierstyn was so awesome!! I am 7 months postpartum and have been trying to build my wardrobe with clothes that fit me well and help me feel confident in my new mom bod and she picked out a ton of super cute items for me to try on. I’m pretty sure I left with everything but 2 things that I tried on(which was a pretty good amount of stuff lol). Great experience today and super cute clothes, highly recommend this store!
Very great experience and felt like I was the priority. The manager and employee were helpful in giving suggestions, grabbing things for me, starting a dressing room, and just having a good conversation.
They close at 5pm on Sunday, not 6pm. Also, have a strict return policy that requires exchange. Be careful buying here Edited review – owner explained return policy is based on fact that their POS doesn't allow for credits. Outdated technology, but friendly owner. Also quick reply to review, which was appreciated.
