Your representative was punctual, called ahead, and was very respectful while here. He clearly explained what he would do--and did do--to rectify our problem. Unfortunately the trip charge and the labor charge together were rather high, but at least our water system is back to normal.

We have a whole house well treatment system. System works fabulously. Great people both is sales and service. No pressure, pardon the pun, and really good follow up with any questions and/or concerns. Very knowledgeable and respectful service personnel. Rob *******did an awesome job for us. We are looking forward to updating our system and continuing access to wonderful-tasting water, iced tea, and coffee.
