Great company, and great service. I've had Kinetic Water products for many years at three different homes, and have never had any issues with either the soft water system or the RO system.
We’ve been customers for 8 years and can’t say enough great things about this company. We have their soft water system, chlorine filter, and RO system, and just decided to upgrade the chlorine filtering system to their tank system which filters out every bit of chlorine. If you are on well water, you MUST have Aqua Clear Water Systems as your go-to folks for installation, maintenance and emergencies. During the last cold snap we had a small leak in the house at the softener, even though we had faucets dribbling. Even on a weekend, Chris the service mgr gave us instructions on how to put our system in bypass until they could get out.
