We've had our whole house water softener/water purifier system for several weeks now and it is nothing short of GREAT!! Our water tastes better than any bottled water you can buy & your hair/skin feels great now after a shower. As long as it remains virtually maintenance free over the years like it should, I'll be happy camper. It uses very little salt & it's a breeze to add salt.....that's basically all the maintenance you need besides changing out under sink filter cartridges every 500 gallons. The service technician was very professional and once he identified the problem, he explained it to me so I would understand. He told me the actions he was going to take and proceeded to fix the problem. Very pleasant experience and it’s good to see the professionalism exhibited by this young man.
