Prompt, professional and very pleasant.
Overall great experience from beginning to end. So far my favorite part of the new system is how we no longer have to lug heavy water container deliveries from the front porch to the kitchen. It’s also a positive that we have crystal clear water and ice and no longer have to deal with heavy soap scum on the shower doors.
Professional technician, arrived on time, provided solutions, explained system and completed install as expected. Would recommend to others.
The water expert arrived within the window of time given, which I appreciate. Also, I received a text when he was on his way. He was very polite and professional and explained everything throughly.
