I have had no issues/problems with Aqua Living Factory Outlet. Originally, I ordered a Hot Tub from Wayfair on 10/11/23. Wayfair deliver scheduled no later than Nov. 5th. I got an extension text to anticipate delivery between Nov. 5th-12th. (I ordered the Hot Tub because my daughter and family were visiting on 11/11/23 for the first time, and I wanted something special for them to enjoy during their stay. I reserved the tub from Brad he was professional and kept me updated about my spa.when it arrived it’s beautiful and the delivery men showed up and were totally professional and creative just have to get wired and working but the process so far smooth and prifessional ty guys
Charlie helped my husband and me with the purchase of our beautiful ?? G-5000 hot tub. Charlie was very professional, knowledgeable and very patient. I couldn't believe the deal we got. My husband and I are very happy with our hot tub! It came when they said it would . We use it a almost everyday. We absolutely love our hot tub!!!
Purchased the Aqua Living "Carlton" model. Received the spa 11 weeks after ordering, having been told it would be 6 weeks. Not too terribly bad considering. I paid ****** plus tax and and delivery fees and was told that this was the "sale price" and they don't get any cheaper. 7-8 weeks into the production process, I discovered that this model was now on sale for ******. They take forever to answer the phone, their warranty is too short (90 days), and then you pay for everything which of course breaks by then! The computer board broke within 8 months of buying my jacuzzi, and I had to hire an electrician to fix it. Go somewhere else!
