I was told 4-6 weeks when unordered it it’s been 12 weeks and it just went into production and now I have to wait another 8-10 business days before it gets shipped which takes another 8-10 business days.they were real helpful to take my money.I have called every 2 weeks for updates.it took 3 weeks to get parts to get it into production.You guys should say all this when selling your product.They lie to get your money and then drag their feet to get it to you.Had I know it would be 4 months to get a hot tub I would of went and... read more

the $600 upgrade price and a week and a half later still haven't received my tub! I was told I would get the number to the delivery driver. Still waiting for that along with my tub. Directly referenced with the terms in your order verification is the backyard delivery link that advises: "Please note that our delivery agents are not licensed electricians and will not connect your spa for you, as insurance prohibits them from doing so. We highly recommend that you check the manual specific to your spa to confirm the necessary electrical requirements."
We bought and ordered a swim spa in 2022. It was delivered on2/25/22 it was completely damaged and not what we ordered. We were told if we didn’t accept this exact Spa we wouldn’t get the Chiller system. The ONLY reason we bought from this company, as we live in Az. The skirting panel and vent issues were resolved in May of 2023. When scheduling the most recent case from fall of the same year, repeated attempts to coordinate a service time went unanswered. Aqua living is a horrible company. It would take me forever to state everything that has gone wrong . I have continually asked to speak to a supervisor but they seem to have no interest in speaking with me . As of today I’m still waiting for a hot tub cover that fits my hot tub . I urge you not to do business with this company

Got my tub delivered in May and it was damaged, then it was leaking water, they sent someone to fix the leak and now there’s an electrical issue, still can’t use my spa

Was told shipment of tub 10-14 days. It has been 23 days and no hot tub, no e-mail and no phone call, on eta. Was told tub was in stock by corp. sale rep, when I purchased the tub. Local sales rep has canceled his phone number. If this is real business it is not a good business.

After just a few years the materials are disenigrating. Reach out for help and got NOTHING. open a service request online and after a few weeks they simply closed it. Went to two different stores - Charlotte and Asheville- and got nowhere. They don't have anyone to service them. Very discouraging to have spent this money and and not get any help.

Had tranquility hot tub for 4 years and have had nothing but trouble with it. Even when it arrived it needed a new pump as it did not work on arrival. The sidewall cracked in the filter area and Aqua living has not/will not return any calls on this. This company does answer warranty calls, and the main tub wall has a crack in it that leaks is supposed to have 10-year warranty on spa walls, and they are not interested in hearing about it.
