Poor customer service, do not stand behind their product. They make you think the issue will be resolved and then “ upper management” declines it!

We do stand by our product and the warranty as written. We do require documentation and dialogue to have a better understanding of the whole situation. The vinyl spa cover does have a warranty for 90 days from the date of delivery as outlined in your warranty paperwork.
Bought tub at last fall nothing but trouble ever since, wish I had never made this purchase! I previously had another brand with no problems. Constant hassle trying to get "issues" fixed. Customer service sends you through hoop after hoop with no resolution. OVER IT

Hot tub started leaking inside itself in less than a year. Their 2 year warranty only covers parts not labor. So they use the cheapest foreign parts assemble it in the USA and call it American. Wish I bought a different name brand. Over $7000 wasted.

Our tub stopped working after 6 months. We bought the extended warrantee. They've been making us take photo after photo of the electrical work. It's become obvious they're trying not to cover the issue. Today they said they're trying to get a technician scheduled but may need me to disassemble to hot tubs out panel to get interior shots for them beforehand. Absolutely the worst.

I have been dealing with this place for 6 months and have a lemon hot tub for 10 grand that they’re not supporting. The salesperson David put forth significant effort sellling the hot tub but unfortunately didn’t care about post sales support. I took delivery with multiple issues on what I had thought was a premium unit. The LED lights don’t work properly. Horrible and belligerent customer service. My hot tub was delivered at night but even in the dark, damage was noted on a panel. Nikki agreed to replace the panel. In the daylight, I noted a sag on one side of the cover but thought it may "puff up" after being shipped. It didn't. It continued to get worse. This company has very poor customer service. Please think long and hard and the warranty which is sold to you as the best does not cover much. LED lights have been bad since new, uv connection leaked water real bad,2 jet heads and 1 waterfall nozzle broke off just from the water I presume. Previously owned a tub for 20 years and had zero issues. Sales tells you thing thing , so called customer service tells you differently. Do yourself a favor and buy from a local store. Live and learn on my end.

We certainly do not want you to be displeased, but the warranty information has been available since before the sale. Exceptions were not made for labor, lights, or minor components. You were additionally advised of the warranty in general, as well as proration rates for major components.
Horrible company! After a week of them calling me bugging me with different sales men , they decided to just have me send them all my identity info to tell me later that only US citizens can purchase from them! They are ****** and since they just took all my personal info. And canceled me at the end! They also ran my credit for nothing I don’t know what they are gonna do with my info ! I have a Tuff Spa. Not happy and not a good company. I have a leak in a plumbing line and they say a 6 month warranty on labor and 2 year on plumbing parts. The leak is due to work man ship I believe. You cat reach without turning over. The cover is sagging and the access doors fell apart in six months. Just a bad tub all around. Do Not But From them.
