Worst company ever worked with, employees rude and left my toilet full of body waste. Would never use or recommend them. Over priced and told me it is my responsibility to clean my toilet then left the toilet in the garage and my bathrooms a reck.

I wish I could give 2 different reviews for this company. First, the plumber( David ) who came out and did the work for us was great. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed our underground , under asphalt water leak in record time. Second, the supervisor of the company called my personal phone at 6:30 p.m. demanding payment for the invoice for the job that had already been paid 2 days before. We called them on Monday to replace a shut off valve outside and a valve hookup for the washer. After 40 minutes and about $50 in parts he charged us $875. I called today to speak to a manager and he was very rude, I asked for an itemized receipt and he stated he did not have to provide that for me because he was a general contractor. I will never use them again and I will most certainly will be reporting them with the better Business Bureau. Do not use them, will not recommend them. *****.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My water heater was not working, they sent over a guy that just told me the water heater was "dirty." Somehow he got it to work after charging me $250. It stopped working 1 day later, He came back, flicked something and it worked again for only 24 hours. Finally they sent someone else, apparently a part had to be ordered. STAY FAR AWAY!! The worst customer service!! Very unprofessional! My husband and I chose this company to look at our ac unit as they had great reviews online. John was the service tech that came to our home. When John arrived at our house, I answered the door and asked him to give me a few minutes, as he arrived 45 minutes early and I was still in my Pajamas. Shady business practices! Called Prestige Plumbing for a toilet repair (toilet kept running) and utility sink draining slowly. Aqualine showed up for the appointment even though the appointment had been set up with Prestige Plumbing. Plumber was early for the appointment which was a plus. He looked at the toilet and sink and then started to tell me I needed a new toilet and it would cost over $900 for the toilet and sink. I balked at that and stated I just wanted the toilet repaired. Plumber showed up to evaluate my plumbing issues, got a quote and accepted the offer. He was on time and promptly got me an estimate. He no showed on the day he scheduled, which was Monday before New Years Eve. Then, he was suppose to come on Jan 2nd but, didn't show up for the 2nd day. I called the company and they couldn't reach the plumber. Sad when you don't want my money ! EXTREMELY POOR business to leave the customer "hanging." Avoid AQUALINE PLUMBING !

I called Reliable Plumbing Chandler and Aqualine Plumbing showed up with no explanation for the change. Work apears to be good but the COST WAS VERY HIGH. Would not give an estimate over the phone when I called initially and now I know why. RECOMMEND YOU GET AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE OR TRY ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY THAT WILL GIVE A PHONE ESTIMATE.

Carlos did what he could the first day. Told my husband that if the job was done a certain way it would save us a lot off the full price. Was given a full price between 600 and 700. Ended up still charged us 675 and made a huge mess. Didn't put the lines back in right. He was 3 hours late the second day and his excuse was he had to pay a fine to whoever because his license was suspended.
