I am a realestate agent in Scottsdale Arizona. My daughter and I are partners. She has a home listing in North Scottsdale. She called Aquline Plumbing to replace an angle stop valve on a toilet. I had already shut the water off and had the system depressurized. The tech came out for about a total of 10 to 15 minutes and replaced the valve. The valve cost between $7 to $12.
