I found the technician to be pleasant, hard working and dedicated. No mess was left behind. He was courteous and kind with a pleasant smile. The service was thorough. The people that answered the phone were respectful and kind. They returned your call in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I called after my insurance company told me to contact them for a technician appointment. The scheduler was very helpful in setting the appointment I wanted. The technician was on time, friendly, but respectful, and very professional. He opened the wall heater cover, showed me the problem, made a recommendation to the insurance company. I should add that the insurance company sent someone else out earlier, did not fix the problem and lied about coming back to fix the problem again.

*** was efficient and polite. He patiently answered all of my questions. Im happy with the service call and the work. The one thing I suggest to the company is to pay closer attention to time zones because the person on the phone who made the appt was in a different time zone than me and didnt adjust for it. Luckily, I was at home to greet *** when he arrived.

Had a faulty kitchen faucet which was leaking badly. ***** came out promptly and fixed it in no time. I had verly old shutoff valves and he replaced all six on the same call. Charges were very reasonable. Fast, friendly and very efficient!

Got a next day appt and *** called to confirm his arrival time. He was great in explaining what was wrong with my leaking faucet and how he was going to fix it. I need a new part he couldnt find close by, so he ordered it.I recommend Aqualine Plumbing and will give referrals to my family, friends and neighbors.

This is my second time using Aqualine Electrical and they did not disappoint! Fast, responsive, friendly competitively priced and an overall great outcome. From **** who came out and did the work to the great and very attentive in office team...they are all friendly and topnotch! While I have not had the opportunity to use their Plumbing or Heating services, there is no doubt who I will call, when I do! Aqualine is a great company to work with...don't call anyone else!

We had a burst pipe in a crawl space. Technician fixed it in less than an hour. It was difficult to access, but it got fixed. Timely, friendly, conscientious- good communication.
