Our aged water heater broke down on the coldest day of the year, a Friday no less, and though every plumber in the city was overbooked with frozen pipes all weekend they set up an appointment for Monday midday and sent Gary, who figured out what we needed (a new water heater), chased down a model that would fit, fetched it and installed it by the end of the afternoon. He was a great communicator and expert at both plumbing and water heater installation. It was a terrific experience.
