This is one of the most dedicated, compassionate and cutting edge offices. I am a recent transplant from Chicago, and my child is 14. I was given this practice name as a referral. I love this doctors office. All of the staff are on top of things and they run on time, which is usually unheard of! The doctors are so great with my baby and really help me with milestones etc. I am a first time mother and they make me feel so comfortable.

Our first visit and it went great! Stephanie was very warm and welcoming and Dr Petranu was informative and kind. Everyone who worked there was all smiles and patient with my son. He used to do well during his visits but he was feisty at this one. Thankfully, they still did awesome with him. I am glad we switched over to North Scottsdale Peds.

We moved to this practice almost 10 years ago when my youngest was born. Our first pediatrician dismissed my concerns about a few issues with our Frank breech baby - Frank babies have a few potentially serious problems. Dr. Engel not only addressed our concerns, but comforted us and made sure that our daughter was on the right path. We had a few additional unrelated problems with our youngest, but Dr. Engel has been by our side through it all. Our oldest always asks if her appointments are with Dr. Engel. Dr Kurland is absolutely amazing and has been my kids' pediatrician for several years now. It is a bit of a drive from home, but well worth it for the great care and attention they provide. All the doctors, nurses and front staff are so sweet! Very kind and professional!

Huge fan of Dr. Engel. Too bad we had to move away (Texas) but I was willing to make the drive from Peoria to take my kids to see her, and with an infant needing constant shot appointments, that is saying a lot. I will miss this practice - I also really loved how their well and sick areas are not just separate sitting spots in the same office but entire separate doors to enter through from the outside. That was amazing.

I absolutely love Dr. Pottgen. She's been my sons pediatrician since he was born. It's great to have consistency and have her there throughout his years. He's familiar with her and he trusts her. She always takes her time with us and answers any questions we may have. If she doesn't have an answer, she finds out for us right away. The facility is also nice. Doctor Michelle Lea Byers involved herself in my family court case by writing a letter based on an untruthful narrative she was told by my daughter's mother. She did not understand the situation and relied on what she was told. This is unprofessional and inappropriate, especially without speaking with both parents first. I asked for this misleading letter to be removed from my daughters permanent file, which she refused and requested evidence. Doctors are not lawyers and should "take sides" in family matters.

Pathetic that they call themselves a pediatrician office yet turned away my child for refusing to vaccinate them so young. It's all about the paycheck for them, I shouldn't be surprised but I am. Don't waste your time.
