The doctors are absolutely fabulous at this pediatrician. We have really loved our doctor, but we are going to have to move sadly. The office is unbearably terrible and mean on top of it. A few examples: (1) Today, I was supposed to get a vaccine, waited 30 minutes, and then was told my son was 3 days too young. I have no idea why they let me make the appointment in the first place and take over an hour of my time to not let it happen. They take forever to call in your child's prescription. And don't ask enough questions to see what the real problem is, they are just quick to prescribe.

This is the worst pediatric doctor office ever. Do yourself and your children a favor and stear clear stay as far away as possible.
We have been seeing a few doctors there for about two years. I love every single medical person there. My challenge with NSP is with the guest service people. They are all nice, but it is impossible to get ahold of someone there. When I call, I'm either placed on hold for 5+ minutes or when they finally answer- they accidentally hang up on me and I have to go through this whole process again. We have been coming to the two offices (Shea and Deer Valley) since our children were born (one in 2000 and one in 2005). The doctors used to be good. Lately, you can never get your doctor, always someone new. They schedule appointments and then actually take you an hour and a half late (why don't you call us and let us know you're running so late). Random doctors you get don't seem to be knowledgeable or care. Several times we've gotten wrong diagnosis, including this week. It is sad that this originally a very good... read more
Poor customer service and give misinformation from the scheduling department to the front desk ladies. Appointments are never on time and always running at least 20 to 30 mins late. Update today was only 14 mins late for a 20 second shot!
