The care was very good, personalized and respectful. The office was also responsive to questions and calls. The rooms and hallways smelled good (not like other places which smell of urine etc). physical and occupational therapists also were good to my family member. Shout out to Juana for her kind care!

My 93 year old Mom was discharged from hospital to Arbor after surgery - I was leery as other facilities I'd been in were dismal. I was pleasantly surprised by first how clean and bright it is; second I can't say enough about the wonderful staff - helpful, attentive, supportive, knowledgeable from administration to nursing, CNA's, therapists even housekeeping, laundry and kitchen staff - I had questions, concerns and interactions with all. 6 months ago I would have said "over my dead body" if you asked me if I would send a family member to Arbor. My mom passed away here and was overall not a good experience at that time. My view on Arbor has changed under the direction of the current administration. My dad had a fall with multiple fractures and was sent to a local facility where to say the care he received was subpar would be an understatement. These people that work here are amazing! CNAs, PTs, Nurses, office staff, you name it, they care about what they are doing and it shows. I've been here by a relative's bedside 6 hours a day for about 2 weeks and have observed firsthand the care and compassion given to all residents, not just the ones who have family watching. Let's face it: people don't end up here because they want to ... they get old, they get injured, etc. The people here provide the care and comfort that we can't (or won't) do at home. My wife has Multiple Sclerosis. She needed to go to Enloe hospital. She was then transferred to Enloe Rehabilitation center and then to Arbor Post Care formally know as Twin Oaks. This is not a new building but is well kept up and clean. The food is good and with a good variety. The people that work there are top notch. They are nice, caring, and attentive. I felt good to leave my wife there every night after I stayed to visit her for hours. My wife was helped with her problem so she could go home to continue her life. Goo... read more

The staff at APA are phenomenal. They are doing everything humanly possible to keep patients safe against COVID. The care my mom is receiving is the very best. She receives therapy, she enjoys the food, and she is happy and comfy. Most importantly she is treated with kindness and dignity.

I am a daughter of a wonderful 98yr mom who has been at Arbor Post Acute(formerly Twin Oaks) since 2018. There have been three different exec. directors since I have been involved with this care facility....all of them were personally pleasant and helpful to me. All three are available by phone as I need. In fact, I have always had great support from staff regardless of their role there. My Papa (89 years old) recently was placed here at the twin oaks rehabilitation after a hospital visit. This is never a positive situation in any circumstance.... However hard it is to see loved ones in this situation

My Mom spent three weeks at Twin Oaks and can't say enough about how well she was treated and taken care of. The nursing staff was always there to help and care for her. The therapy staff were caring and helpful. They listened to us when we had concerns, and addressed them to our satisfaction. We were very pleased to have our Mom at this facility. I would recommend Twin Oaks to anyone needing rehab care.
