We think the community is doing a good job in handling covid by covering all the bases. Prior to covid we enjoyed many fun activities such as games, arts and crafts. we especially enjoyed special dinners, different events, music, and dog therapy that they brought in. {names removed] are like family to us. {names removed] are always available to help and fix what you need them to. the servers always go above and beyond to help us with whatever we need. we would recommend this community and we dont think you will find anything... read more

This is a very good place for me. I've made the right decision to move here. When I first moved in, I was impressed with the look of the building and everyone made me feel right at home because they know it's so hard to move. Now with COVID, I think Atria is doing a good job to keep me safe. [name removed] does a great job in keeping me busy. She gives me different things to do daily. I am happy with my decision to move here.

This facility is exceptional, we have been very pleased with the care she has received. They have had a good covid plan and had focused on keeping the residence safe. This facility is newer and very modern, and before covid, they included the family in activities including holiday functions. During covid, we have video calls on a large tv so that we can visit. Atria itself was a very nice place. They allowed new residents during the pandemic which some others did not. I think the seniors are the most lonely and need that interaction that they are not able to get with COVID. Atria did do drive up interactions with family members, but you have to stay 6 feet apart and someone from the facility is always there. They are doing the best they can within the restrictions, but I believe this is something that senior facilities as a whole need to work on.
After much careful deliberation, I decided to move my mom into Atria Glenview's memory care neighborhood. [names removed] and the entire Atria staff were so helpful during the vetting process, providing timely responses to all of our tedious questions. Given COVID restrictions, I was not able to tour the facility in person, but rather virtually, and the facility exceeded expectations once we were there in person to move in. High ceilings, luxury appointments, great food, huge accessible private baths, beautiful grounds and views...all so wonderful! We are very pleased with the care Mom is receiving at Atria Glenview. The personnel have gotten to know my mother as a person and provide opportunities for her to participate in activities that are enjoyable to her. A buzz on my phone may bring an unanticipated but welcome picture of Mom smiling and engaged in some activity. When I have a question, it is answered promptly. Friendly, gracious and very willing to help answer questions concerning life at Atria was what I found after being contacted by them. I took a virtual tour and was impressed by the cleanliness and layout of Atria. My guide explained not only about the layout of Atria but also about the various activities, outings and services offered.
