Hi all. This 5 star review is actually on Emanual Lackey who is the Leasing professional at Arbors River Oaks. ARO is a lovely complex, but we did decide to go with another community. I do want to point out however that Emanuel was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. He made sure to answer all of our questions and any concerns. I wanted to thank him for his time in showing us ARO, and for all of the information he gave us on the area.
I lived here for a year from 2019-2021. The people at the office are so accommodating. Rent was a bit high. I can't imagine what it is right now. But it's in a really good neighborhood. With gates all around. The apartments are in the middle of everything, it's right off the highway. Close to the hospital. I got a 1bed 1 bath. And it was a bit small. But I mean it's just me and my dog. I would def recommend for safety purposes and convenient location. Again, the staffs are awesome!!!
Arbor river oaks is a great place to live in the larger Memphis area. So far the accommodations have been good and the maintenance prompt. I'd recommend this place to someone looking to live in the area.

We just moved into a townhouse at Arbors. It was newly renovated with updated floors, appliances, and finishes. Any concerns we had or small fixes that needed to be done have been handled so quickly and efficiently. The staff, especially Janelle, have been so helpful and have called to check in since we have moved in to see if we needed anything and were satisfied with our townhouse. I highly recommend this property!

I just moved in and aside from the tiny kitchen I think the sun room and living room area are going to be great for when friends and family visit!!

Great, safe location. Janelle is so helpful and has a wonderful personality. It has a nice neighborhood feel that is perfect for morning walks and there are exceptional amenities. I highly recommend living here!

Janelle and Devin have been so accommodating with everything! Between our million questions and convenience in the office, my husband and I couldn't be happier. The units are immaculate and updated beautifully that they would match anyone's taste in design. Definitely a GREAT idea to rent here!
