I have been looking for an apartment for some time and could not be happier that I found Arbors River Oaks! Janelle was absolutely fantastic and attentive. I have an extremely busy schedule and she was quick to reply to my emails and phone calls. Everything is great and in great condition! Me and my roommate love it here! The ladies who work in the office are so sweet to us!!
I highly recommed this complex, particularly to those who no longer desire the upkeep and maintenance of homeownership. The complex is well maintained and the apartments are spacious and modern. The office staff and maintence staff are quick to respond to any issues and continually seek ways to enhance the complex.

If you are looking for a quiet place to live trust me Arbor Is the place. The rent is kind of high but it's ok, the maintenance team and speed is fairly ok and the office is super nice.
First and foremost, the increase in my rent is not reflective of what is shown on their website. I asked if I could get the price everyone else is gonna get. I could not but I digress. If you need a safe place to live, you have this. Soccer moms walk their dogs at night. The demographic is what Germantown likes. They raise the rent every year to keep it that way.
