Hector seems to be very knowlegable about security systems. He delivered as promised. He and his helper need to be more attentive to clean up. We found bits of wire insulation in several places in the house and items were not put back in the original state. I would use him again - just expect better clean up.
Quick response, VERY COURTEOUS and knowledgeable support technician, had my system operational in no time. Oddly enough, out of 4 alarm companies contacted, only Hector @ Archangel reached out to me to find out how his company could help me. This is definitely a company I will choose to do business with again.
You not only get a low rate but friendly, helpful installation as well. We went with the cellular unit for $249 and $28 monthly monitoring. Best Rate we were able to find. Archangel has a rating of A- with the BBB which is the second best we found. The system was set up on time and Hector was very helpful and courteous.
Fast Service. Nice local guy. Fixed all my issues and installed new technology on my ancient system! All you folks out there who need monitoring service, but want to get rid of your home phone! Internet monitoring is HERE! Highly recommend!
